Commentary - As you can see from the numbers above, sales and average sales price for homes in Highland Heights was almost identical in 2010 and 2009. This seems to indicate a stabilization of the market, at least here in Highland Heights.
Overall, we believe that 2011 will be very similar as low interest rates and a slowly growing economy will make buyers more comfortable moving forward with their housing goals. Aberdeen remains a very popular development, and being part of the excellent rated Mayfield Heights School District, helps make Highland Heights a desirable place to live.
