Sadly, they are not offering anything in my area. I'm not thrilled with online courses.

I took my course on line. My wife took a course in person in Washington DC last Spring through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and needs one more sale to get the CLHMS Designation. You may want to check this one out. I wanted to do something different than her so went with the ALHS Designation. She enjoyed networking with the other agents and doing it in person. I hope this helps.
