Solon OH Real Estate - Open House
OPEN HOUSE
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH, 2010
1-2:30 PM
33709 LINDEN DRIVE

You will be hard-pressed to find a nicer home in this price point. This fine home will be open to the public this Sunday and you can see for yourself the fine quality that exists in this well-maintained Solon OH home.
The location is ideal as it is in close proximity to local shopping, the Solon public library, and the award-winning Solon Schools. This home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is newer carpet in the first floor (with hardwood underneath!). All kitchen appliances stay plus an extra refrigerator and freezer in the basement. The large basement makes a great rec room. The back yard is large for this area and is private and beautiful. There was a new 25 year roof installed in 2003. A bonus room on the second floor would make a great office/computer room.
Offered at $150,000

Wow Dan, $150K? That is a great price. Someone said to me that we won't get any people at our opens this week because of the Browns game but I hope we prove them wrong!! Good luck!
Hey there - the fact that you can get a single family home in Solon OH for that price just blows my mind!!! I am hoping that you have a great turnout. I try to avoid opens during Redskins games!
Betsy
Barb and Besty - I agree that scheduling an open house during a football game may not be ideal. I would think that the people who do show up are highly motivated to buy, though. Thank you both for commenting.
