Thanks for the kind remarks Barb. My wife actually did a 12 page market report for Solon Luxury homes and I just posted a few of the pages. She actually saved it in our company hard drive so our fellow luxury home group members could use it as well. All they have to do is get statistics for their own area and simply fill in Amy's template. The nice thing about this group is that we each have projects like this and share with each other.
Now if I can only write closed sales reports with addresses and numbers that line up so nicely like you do, I'll be in good shape. Any help in easily taking NORMLS info and transferring to my blog would be greatly appreciated.
